4 Week Strength and Size Program V1 (FREE DOWNLOAD)
This in depth day by day program has been expertly designed by the MyoExercise team to increase both strength and size in the most effective way. By splitting the major muscle groups into different workouts each day, we'll optimize your time, recovery and maximize muscular gains. The program has been designed in such a way that it can be utilized by most people, yet this only works by going at your own pace and selecting the weight that suits you. The reps and sets have been specifically chosen in each workout for continuing physical improvement. However, they can be adapted. Each exercise has been selected in a particular order to increase muscle building efficiency through exercise physiology research. To help prevent injury and increase exercise efficiency, make sure to perform each and every exercise with correct form!

Days per week: 4 training days 3 rest days

Step 1: Download the pdf above, with cover and instruction sheet if needed (both completely FREE and formatted to print)
Step 2: Either print or download the file to your laptop or mobile
Step 3: Fill in the front sheet to track progress at the start and end
Step 4: Research how to do the exercises correctly (Videos coming soon)
Step 5: Give it a go, filling it out as you workout!
Step 6 IMPORTANT: A degree of progressive overload has been included for continuing improvement, however this might need to be adjusted for some people.
