Thank you for visiting MyoExercise. You may have noticed that this site, and our personalised training programmes, aren't fueled by a big company. Rather, it has been put together largely by myself (Alex) with some help from friends and other fitness experts, on a minimal budget.
I am a graduate of BSc (Hons) Applied Sports Science and have been involved within the fitness industry for a few years.
I have been putting this site together for a while now, creating all of the content bit by bit during my spare time outside of working full time as a gym instructor! All of the content on MyoExercise is produced by people who, like myself, have similar qualifications and who I trust to produce excellent, free information.
During the past few years, I have often been asked for advice on fitness topics and believe it is important for everyone to be able to obtain such information.
As a result, I aim to put out fitness content for anyone to access and use, regardless of fitness level. A lot of what you see on this site will represent certain topics that I have a strong interest and knowledge in as well as current theories, all of which I hope will be useful.
MyoExercise is funded by myself and any kind donations made by the visitors. It is my goal to do my best to provide top quality fitness information as quickly as possible, for free. Any donations will go directly into furthering the site.
