HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
HIIT adopts high intensity bouts of anaerobic exercises with less intensive rest periods. Due to the intense nature, these sessions can be very quick but range anywhere from 4-30 minutes. HIIT can be done using any exercise that increases the heart rate to a high training threshold but also has a recovery period. It's argued to be the best weight loss method, being very time efficient. It is also said to be good for anaerobic conditioning. These workouts are not for the weak but can be very rewarding!
