Bio: My name is Luke Compton, I'm in my mid 20's & I live in West Devon. I'm a very laid back & approachable person. I have always been sporty & active, I played football from the age of 5, I took up running in 2014 & also play squash on a weekly basis. I'm very passionate about helping people to get fit, active & give them an heathlier option in life. I feel being active in any way can bring a new mindset & outlook on yourself & also life in general.
I offer services to cover all abilities. I offer Couch to 5k plans for beginners, a 10k plan also Half Marathon & Marathon plans. I also do HIIT sessions, sprints, speed & hill work to help runners learn new techniques & improve times. Im also an ambassador for a new protein company called MyHi, a nutritional boost for all & an offer of 5% discount.
