Bio: Alex is a gym instructor and BSc Sports Science graduate aiming to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient way possible. He has keen interests in weight training, nutrition and performance training. Recent clients have included high level athletes and typical gym goers! He enjoys spending his time in the gym, surfing, friends and family and eating!
A personal training service will be on offer soon! Alex is currently working towards his level 3 personal trainer qualification. He has previously worked with London Irish RFC bronze academy, Solent Sharks wheelchair rugby and a number of national/international athletes as a strength and conditioning coach, in addition to every day people trying to reach fitness goals!
